The residency is closed during the summer for exciting new construction developments - follow on instagram for updates
Located above Torri in Sabina, the residency is set within an agricultural landscape of olive groves and woodland
Resident artists will enjoy the privacy of their own house and use of studio space set within expansive grounds of the Sabina region
Artists will live in the "Pink" house which has a double bedroom, lounge, kitchen, bathroom and study
Agricultural barns and warehouses provide indoor studio space while the Sabine landscape is idyllic for working outdoors
An east facing bedroom in the Pink house has use of a balcony and roof terrace, giving 360° views of the Sabine hills
One word often used to describe the Sabina is "authentic" and the area is largely unspoilt despite its easy access to a major city and two airports
The residency is ideally positioned to explore the history and nature of this spectacular region
A private landscape including over 800 olive trees and 80+ walnut trees means artists afford a sense of space during creative endeavors
The Sabina is a quiet rural area one hour north of Rome
